Sales Support/MIS

Employee will be primarily responsible for generation and monitoring reports on Daily basis. Employee will be the First point of contact for the Business for the reporting needs and will be responsible to provide appropriate solutions accordingly. Employee will be also responsible to build/support various tools and infrastructure required for internal consumption. From technical side he needs to be expert in Excel (Advance and Macros) & SQL Query/Procedures writing as all the responsibilities will rely on using these 2 tools extensively.

Job Description:

• Implement and analyze reports of different frequencies (E.g.: daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to facilitate effective business decision-making.
• Create and design reports from various systems and analyze the results for the management team and business unit heads for their decision making
• Collate and maintain data from various systems and reach out to users, if needed in order to incorporate them in various reports to be used for decision making
• Maintain a running database for all the data collated and refresh the same on timely basis
• Identify process improvements to streamline date collection and report generation
• Provide data driven analysis of business processes to improvements in the client focus, efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of these processes
• Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Communicate and present analytical findings to the management team
• Supervising the MIS team
• Communication the process change in system to internal stake holder

Job Specification:

• The candidate should be any Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in financial services industry (preferably MFI, NBFC, banking, Insurance) handling MIS or similar functions.
• The candidate should be able to communicate technical knowledge effectively
• Good knowledge of excel, Macro Programming (VB Script), SQL server, Advanced SQL Queries, MS Office, MS Access to build various kinds of reporting.
• Power BI or knowledge of any other database will be an added advantage.
