- Proven experience in luxury marketing

- Strong knowledge of the luxury market, trends, and consumer behavior

- Deep understanding of high-net-worth buyers' behavior and preferences

- Track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution

- Stakeholder Management

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly

- Experience in organizing and managing high-profile events and collaborations

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience of leading teams

- Successfully nurtured relationships with senior management - internal and external stakeholders (founders, CXOs)

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Excellent communication skills, and presentation abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic real estate market environment

- Comfortable with working on weekends and long hours

- Well-polished and possess finesse and flamboyance from super luxury events' perspective

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
