Purchase Executive

• Assist in handling the Purchase, Material stocks, contract management, Purchase operations etc.
• Research potential vendors and assist the procurement head to find current market pricing trends.
• Assist in doing timely procurement and delivery of material at various Project sites.
• Send enquiries and negotiation with approved vendor as per approved technical data sheet.
• Send purchase order with approved Terms & Conditions & follow up with vendor till material dispatch & delivered at all sites.
• Coordinating with vendors and project team to avoid delay in supply of material, original documents related to material.
• Update and make internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Ensuring the right material is delivered at respective sites and their invoices are booked into Accounts.
• Assist in Preparing cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Coordinate with project sites to ensure all products arrive in good condition
• Participate the weekly/monthly review meetings and present the report of procurement and billing updates.

Candidate Profile

• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of market research
• Solid organizational skills
• Any degree / degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
