Job Description

Supervising and tracking performance of the team at site.

Optimizing team s productivity to ensure that the key goals are met on time.

Making sure that the healthy and safe environment is provided and further establish an engaged community of team at site.

Delegating tasks to site team according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.

Stakeholder Management

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, site-level staff, architects/ design consultants, building owners, and regulatory authorities to address any issues related to fire protection systems allied services provided by the Company and ensure smooth project execution.

Installation Testing

Ensuring that all of the equipment and facilities needed at a project site are installed correctly and safely, and that everything works as per the planned schedule.

Conducting equipment checks and system tests in the field.

Reviewing test results and prepare test reports to confirm compliance with technical specifications.

Commissioning

Ensuring that the installed systems are technically acceptable to the end user and other stakeholders. Develop a seamless commissioning procedure to meet contractual requirements.

Handing Over

Responsible for handing-over the project seamlessly. Provide training to site personnel on the operation and maintenance of fire protection systems and other related installed systems at site, and maintain accurate documentation for system designs, installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
