Sr Project Engineer

• As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion on time, within scope, and within budget
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and oversee all aspects of project development, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and milestones
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
• Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project designs and solutions meet quality and performance standards
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
• Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management
• Provide regular project status updates and reports
• Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards
• Perform quality inspections and reviews as necessary
• Cost Control:Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports
• Prepare and submit necessary permits and regulatory documents
• Team Leadership:Lead and mentor junior engineers and project team members
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Continuous Improvement:Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project management methodologies
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

• Min 5 Yrs of Exp. in Field of Industrial Automation is Must
• Field Job / Site Support - Involves Frequent Travelling
• Qualification : B.E. / M.E. - Electronics / I & C / Electrical
