Job Description
- Providing shift production & coordination with Quality department to give maximum output towards various process related to PCB manufacturing.
- Troubleshooting of chip mounter, screen printer, SPI, AOI machine.
- Participating in scheduled Man Power and production to enhance capability of plant machinery.
- Working with well-known operation of SMT machines.
- Having knowledge of lead to operational condition like as manpower & machines utilization.
- Having involvement in Kaizen and 6S program to improvement of working structure.
effectively and maintained
- Prepare and Maintain OEE,FPY, Rework & Scrap Ratio.
- To achieve production target as per the daily & monthly production target.
