Role & responsibilities

Domestics - Purchase BOP items (Direct Purchase)

Ensure material Availability as per PPC and Plant requirement.

Negotiation and Price Finalization.

Alternate vendor development as per business requirements.

Vendor management.

Ensure Quality of BOP items as per our agreed specification.

Take Initiative of clean cost sheet for BOP items Disposal of rejection .

Inventory Control as per Business requirements and agreed standards.

Localisation & Alternate sourcing (Techno commercial)

Company Policies Compliances and Strong Team relationships.

Agreements with vendors as per Company Policies.

Ensure company guidelines implementation and compliances.

Team relationships within department and with internal customers.

Domestics - Purchase BOP items (In-Direct Purchase)

Agreements with vendors as per Company Policies.

Knowledge of In-direct purchase and handling plan level purchasing (P to P)

Good knowledge of local South Market for consumables

Good knowledge of SAP and MM modules
