SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant

Contract 6 - 12 months

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions, including SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence), SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution), and other relevant modules.
• Integrate SAP DM solutions with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications.
• Provide guidance on best practices for manufacturing execution, data acquisition, and real-time production monitoring.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions and training sessions for stakeholders on SAP DM functionalities.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycles, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live (Hypercare) support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and Develop enhancement CRs related to SAP DM configurations and integrations.

Keep abreast of the latest SAP Digital Manufacturing trends and technologies to advise clients on innovative solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience (Minimum 4 years) as an SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP MII, SAP ME, or related tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Industry 4.0 principles, and IoT integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and working knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., PP, QM, MM, WM/eWM).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, JavaScript, XML, or SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Manufacturing sector is a plus.
