The Aruba Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, with a specific focus on Aruba networking technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Aruba products, a deep understanding of wireless networking, and a proactive approach to network management.Responsibilities : Aruba Network Design : Design and implement network solutions utilizing Aruba networking products and technologies.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Aruba solutions into the overall network architecture.Wireless Networking : Configure and manage Aruba wireless access points and controllers.Optimize wireless network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Aruba ClearPass : Implement and manage Aruba ClearPass for network access control and policy enforcement.Configure and maintain user authentication and authorization processes.

Network Security : Implement security measures for Aruba networking solutions.Monitor network traffic for security incidents and vulnerabilities.Performance Monitoring : Utilize network monitoring tools to assess the performance and health of Aruba networks.Analyze trends and implement improvements for optimal performance.Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems and performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with other teams for complex issue resolution.Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Aruba network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Aruba network management.Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, security analysts, and support teams.Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams as needed.
