The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SCOM solutions for monitoring and managing the health of our IT systems. This position requires expertise in SCOM administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

If you are passionate about ensuring the reliability and performance of IT environments through SCOM, we invite you to be part of our innovative team.Responsibilities : SCOM Management : Design, implement, and maintain SCOM solutions for monitoring the health and performance of IT systems.Configure SCOM management packs and alerts to align with organizational requirements.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SCOM configurations for efficiency.Alerting and Incident Response : Define and customize alerting rules and thresholds to proactively identify and address potential issues.Respond to SCOM alerts and incidents, collaborating with other IT teams for timely resolution.

Reporting and Dashboards : Create and customize SCOM reports and dashboards to provide insights into the health and performance of IT systems.Provide regular reporting on system performance and reliability metrics.Automation and Scripting : Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine SCOM tasks and configurations.Utilize PowerShell scripting for SCOM management and customization.

Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for SCOM configurations, processes, and best practices.Develop end-user guides and documentation for SCOM monitoring features.Collaboration : Collaborate with IT support teams to address escalated issues related to SCOM monitoring.Work closely with other IT teams to integrate SCOM with other monitoring tools and services.
