Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions for data migration, integration, and system enhancements
• Requirement Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for CRM customization
• Customization and Development:Customize CRM entities, workflows, forms, and views to optimize user experience
• Develop and deploy plugins, workflows, and other custom components to extend CRM functionality
• Integration and Data Migration:Design and implement CRM integrations with other systems and applications
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred to CRM
• User Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities
• Address and resolve user issues and inquiries related to CRM usage
