Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills. Prior Exposure to working in an Agile team is added advantage. Desired Qualifications and Skills: Graduate Degree (B.E/B.Tech, BCA, BSc, B. Com) or Diploma. Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365 CRM would be an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally. ADTCorel is looking for a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Consultant to be a part of our team in Bangalore/ Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities Cover all aspects of consulting - including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end-users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such as 2016 and 2015. Be responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements that are aligned to business objectives and gain a full understanding of current and future state business processes. Perform fit-gap analysis on the business requirements and provide feedback. Have full clarity on what is available OOB and what leads to customization and provide coaching to clients on the same. Define/ Document Test Strategy, Test scripts, and User stories with ease. Design and configure data migration strategies. Document as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents. Liaise with developers and clients act as a point of communication and ensure there is absolutely no scope creep. Be responsible for Quality Assurance mentor Agile teams. Suggest and implement Automation test suites, Load testing based on client needs. Execute Test Iterations, tracking/reporting results, coordinating defect resolution, perform RCA for product failures in testing. Ability to perform integration testing of multiple products in Web, Desktop, Mobile, etc.
