As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions.
Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing solutions, and testing and debugging applications.
You will also provide support and maintenance for existing applications, ensuring their smooth functioning and addressing any issues that arise.
With your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications that meet the needs of the organization.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, C#, .NET, JavaScript.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience in designing and developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and data migration techniques.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong communication skills.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
