- Diverse Lynx is looking for Avaya Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Solution Design:Design and architect Avaya-based communication and collaboration solutions tailored to meet clients' business requirements
- Develop detailed solution designs, including configurations, integrations, and deployment plans
- Implementation and Configuration:Implement, configure, and optimize Avaya Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and third-party applications
- System Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Avaya systems promptly
- Provide advanced support for Avaya products and services
- Collaboration with Clients:Work closely with clients to understand their communication needs and recommend appropriate Avaya solutions
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Avaya products
- Testing and Validation:Conduct thorough testing of Avaya solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and security
- Validate system functionality against specified requirements
- Documentation:Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices
- Provide training documentation for end-users and technical support staff
- Training and Support:Provide training sessions for end-users, administrators, and IT staff on Avaya solutions
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients to maximize the value of their Avaya investments
- Collaboration with Sales Teams:Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process
- Assist in the development of proposals and respond to technical queries from prospective clients
- Stay Updated on Avaya Products:Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and releases of Avaya products and technologies
- Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance expertise
