Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow ISV account revenues.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level and senior executives. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align Divami\u2019s offerings with client priorities.
- Strategic Planning
- Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and client data to identify growth opportunities.
- Forecast account metrics, including revenue and renewal rates, and report progress to leadership
- Bring thought leadership to clients, showcasing industry insights and best practices
- Metrics and Reporting
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and client satisfaction scores.
- Maintain CRM accuracy to track activities and opportunities effectively.
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in IT services account management, with a proven track record of driving growth in ISV or technology-related accounts.
- Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions for ISVs.
Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and close complex sales deals within existing accounts.
- Relationship Building : Exceptional ability to build and nurture strong client relationships with C-level and senior executives.
- Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to craft and execute account strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to forecast, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Education : Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields. MBA preferred.
