Job Description
DiTech CDM is looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the clients objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media and web.
- Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos
and news). - Engage with allied social media for funneling and brand creation - IMDB, Quora, Linkedin,
Influencers, etc. - Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization s mission, vision and
values. to inspire and proactively pitch new ideas for SM campaigns. - Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and
applications. - Responding and effectively engaging with the comments on each of the brand SM accounts.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline with 60%
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
as part of an international team. - Proven ability to build and grow social media communities.
- Ability to craft and deliver copy tailored to different social media platforms.
