Job Description

- Well versed in dss+ Americas client s landscape and behaviours and also the competitive forces affecting the operations consulting industry
- Experience in consulting offerings in operational risk, safety, sustainability, leadership, and/or learning and development and applications in our client segments
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in targeting, segmentation, measurement, digital marketing, content creation, brand strategy, and sales enablement.
- Financially Savvy: Skilled in budget management and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Cultural Advocate: A champion of diversity, inclusion, and a positive organizational culture.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and sales enablement, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the Americas region and ability to develop strategies that resonate across different markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive integrated marketing and communications campaigns and achieve measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
