IT Executive - DR Congo Africa

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure all locations computers/laptops have required softwares and there drivers are up to date.

2. Regular checks for the updated patch needs to installed in each and every system.

3. Printer Configurations and maintenance services needs be provided to all location Hotels, Supermarkets and Central Offices.

- Network connectivity with all systems and IT equipments

- Provide support for Printer cartridges and supplies

- Procurement of hardware and maintenance

4. Provide hardware support and maintenance support for all location system peripherals.

5. Procurement of IT equipment that to avail the end-user of locations.

6. Sourcing & procurement strategies of IT hardware assets while considering the company's business needs.

7. Provided maintenance and support configurations for the CCTV, Network Video Recorder and Network peripherals.

8. Regular checks for hardware storage and their backups for location CCTV NVRs.

9. Daily checks for date and time synchronization with CCTV and Network Videos Recorders.

10. Ensure LAN and WAN network connectivity has to be live for all locations.

11. Operating systems needs to be updated with the latest Windows update patch.

12. Monitor Server network connectivity with Head office and all location Supermarkets.

13. Responsible for location server POS software (Axpert Software) data synchronization with Head Office server, the same needs to monitor daily basis to avoid the discrepancy of any packet missed match.

14. Provide IT assistance for POS software installation, configuration and network connectivity.

15. Patch Axpert for new updates required with AXP Manager.

16. Configuration and setup for DCM machine while inventory of location Supermarkets & Depo.

17. Keep all POS Printer Drivers ready to install.

18. Article Price updating for location Weighting Machine with TLS Software management Tool.

19. Monitor network connectivity From Internet Service provider for LAN network of Supermarkets.

20. Monitor daily Server backups of all Supermarkets and Depo office.

21. Head office Server backup needs to safeguard over Google Drive thrice in a day.

22. Articles Barcode printing and provided to the location Supermarkets.

23. Provide Power backup solutions and procurements for the related peripheral to all locations.

24. Provide IT support related to CCTV, Printers, Systems and Network & Wi-Fi Internet facilities needs to 100 % uptime for central offices.

25. Provide IT assistance and support to the Hotel division.

- Resolve System related issues and peripheral procurements

- Provide IT support for Printer and supplies

- CCTV/NVR configuration, installation and management

- Wi-Fi Internet services and management access control with guest IT assistance

- EPABX Telephone systems configurations and management.

26. Follow Up with various Vendors for day to day IT requirements.

27. Provide L1 (Crimping / Punching with I/O devices) and L2 support (Configuration, Installation and management) of locations Network devices.

Please note Duty Days are from Monday to Saturday and Sunday (half-day) i.e. 28 Days a Month, please apply only if you are ok with the above terms & conditions.
