Job Description
- Maintain aggregated view of risk profile of the company including all types of risk. Timely updation of risk register with all emerging risks and heatmap.
- Implementing an effective fraud monitoring framework
- Ensuring proactive compliance management by highlighting compliance risk to the stakeholders.
- Conduct awareness sessions to reinforce risk practices and achieve a 90% awareness rate among risk SPOCs.
- Quarterly RMC deck : Summarize and present Company Wide - ERM report. Advise and inform Board w.r.t to risk management decisions on various risks.
- Report to Board on risk exposures and action taken to manage risk exposures, Solvency and Business continuity
- Liaise with, and guide senior management and the stakeholders about the current and potential risks through reports, documentation and presentations periodically
- Study market trends, and implement the learnings into the risk management processes of the company
