Role Type : Functional Consultant

Primary Skills : MS Navision & Finance & Functional knowledge

Objective of The Role :

To take the consultant role within the application delivery team for Dynamics NAV (including 3rd party applications such as Jet Reports/Power BI).

Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery, i. Managed Services and other NAV consultants and Developers.

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central in a functional consulting role.

- Functional Expertise : Deep knowledge of Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central modules, including financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, sales, and service.

- Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, distribution, manufacturing, and customer service.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Candidate must have done 2-3 Implementation projects and should be aware on End to End implementations into different modules on Navision BC.

- Consulting - covering all aspects including Finance and Accounting, Costing and Indian Taxation; Product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics Navision

- Business and process analysis: Analyze and map business processes to Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central functionality, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.

- Documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' within accurate and detailed scoping documents.

- Candidate should have finance knowledge along with Implementation

- Candidate should have good Communications skills ,Liaising with developers and clients - act as a point of communication.

- Understands Manufacturing Policies.

- Candidates Who have single handedly handled projects Documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' Analysis until the final Go live of the Project are preferred.

Please Note : We are open for candidates from Different ERP's who would be willing to learn MS Dynamics Navision Business Central.

Qualification : Computer Engineer/ IT Engineer or Any Higher Education

- Proven experience managing and executing full-cycle Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central implementations.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.

- Certification : Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification is a plus.

- Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
