HR & Admin Manager For Refinery Project

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
• Manage facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping services
• Handle procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Supervise travel and employee logistics
• Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety regulations
• Maintain records, licenses, and administrative documentation
• Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans
• Lead and mentor the administrative team

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry regulations and compliance
• Experience in vendor and procurement management
