Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable SAP PLM Consultant with a strong focus on Application Platform (AP) functionality. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and SAP PLM, specifically in Recipe Development and Specification Management System. The ideal candidate will be a functional lead, driving PLM digital transformation journeys and ensuring successful project delivery.

Experience and Responsibilities :

Recipe Development & Specification Management :

- Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Recipe Development and Specification Management System.

- Configure and manage Property Tree (Characteristics, Classes, Phrases, Phrase Sets) effectively.

- Develop and implement complex calculations using BRF+.

WWI, IDocs, and EHS Rules :

- Create and maintain WWI reports, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.

- Manage and troubleshoot IDocs for seamless data integration.

- Implement and maintain EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules within the PLM system.

Change Management :

- Expertise in Change Management processes, including Engineering Change Management (ECM), Engineering Records, and Process Routes.

- Manage and execute change requests efficiently.

PLM Digital Transformation :

- Serve as the functional lead in PLM digital transformation journeys.

- Drive blueprint design, estimation, resource planning, and project planning.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Collaboration and Issue Resolution :

- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Enhance test specifications by analyzing root causes of technical problems and developing effective solutions.

Delivery and Deployment :

- Lead the delivery team in technical development and deployment activities.

- Ensure successful implementation and go-live of PLM solutions.

Solution Design and Value Definition :

- Demonstrate a passion for PLM, collaborating with technical architects and business teams to define details and value of proposed PLM solutions.

- Contribute to the creation of solution documentation.

Communication and Best Practices :

- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Apply knowledge of best practices in the PLM domain to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).

- Proven experience as an SAP PLM Consultant with a focus on AP functionality. -

- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP PLM.

- SAP PLM certification is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
