Role Overview:

The Head of Strategy & Investor Relations will be a key driver in shaping the long-term vision and direction of our housing finance company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leader will drive business transformation, competitive positioning, and sustainable growth while also managing investor communications and relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep financial acumen, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives, along with expertise in investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap in collaboration with the CEO and the executive team.

- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and monitor progress across business units.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in the housing finance sector.

- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to enhance market positioning and drive revenue growth.

Business Transformation & Change Management:

- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational improvement, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Facilitate change management processes to ensure successful implementation of strategic priorities.

Investor Relations:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors.

- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling investor presentations, financial updates, and strategic narratives.

- Act as a key liaison between the company and the investment community, addressing investor queries and ensuring transparent, timely communication.

- Collaborate with finance and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and robust performance reporting.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Oversee financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership:

- Collaborate with internal teams, key partners, and regulatory bodies to align strategic initiatives with business objectives.

- Present strategic findings and recommendations to the board and senior leadership.

- Build and lead a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 12+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a leadership role within financial services or housing finance.

- Proven expertise in investor relations, including experience communicating with investors and managing investor communications.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience in leading transformation projects and driving business growth in a competitive market.

- A strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style and a track record of delivering results.
