ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
RH will lead the team of Cluster Branch Managers, Branch Managers and the respective team.
- The incumbent would be responsible for growth of the business top-line in the region under his / her control
- The incumbent to understand the market and competitor dynamics in the region and take adequate responsive / proactive measures to counter
- Responsible for working closely with product and marketing team to drive suitable branding and marketing activities in his/her respective cluster.
- Responsible for recruiting and motivating team to perform at optimum levels in the region
- Responsible for building and maintaining dealer relationships in the Region
- Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts & expand existing for a wide range of Banking, Insurance & Services
- Taking adequate measures for maintaining balance for meeting pre-set revenue & profitability norms
- Overseeing Audit Reports and making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in conformance to statutory obligations
- Devising & implementing marketing plans and working towards the achievement of agreed to volume, quality, market share and profit objectives
- Gathering market intelligence continuously on the product performance, competitors' activities and new emerging opportunities
- Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring growth opportunities aligned to company's strategic plans
- Working towards achievement of KPI as per plan, ensuring highest service standards are maintained for servicing of clients and maintaining minimum turn-around-time
- Training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in Branch Banking operations and ensuring meeting individual & group targets
- Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focused on achieving sales opportunities, surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach and creating new
- Identifying and networking with prospective key stakeholders, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability & increased sales growth
Business
- Responsible for allocation of business targets on periodic basis market potential and capability of Branch Managers in the region, branch, with the objective to meet and exceed targets assigned for the region
- Identification of new areas to work and convincing management for starting business in new location
- Implementing, supervising and control effectiveness of marketing events with his/her team to reach the productivity and growth targets established.
- Ensure, supervise the correct implementation of the credit procedures including all the respective tools and documentations
