Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Roadmap:

- Develop and implement a robust technology roadmap aligned with the bank's business objectives.

- Ensure integration of cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.

System Availability & Security:

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of core banking systems and other critical applications.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to IT infrastructure.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ensure timely reporting to regulatory authorities.

Digital Banking Capabilities:

- Enhance digital banking solutions to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

- Introduce innovative features to remain competitive in the digital banking space.

Cloud & Infrastructure Optimization:

- Oversee the optimization of cloud and on-premises infrastructure to achieve cost efficiency and reliability.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing technology team.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Vendor & Partnership Management:

- Manage relationships with technology vendors and fintech partners to deliver quality solutions.

Customer Experience Innovation:

- Implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Performance Metrics:

- Establish and track clear KPIs to measure the success of technology initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).

Experience:

- 17+ years of experience in technology roles within public or private sector banks.

- Strong expertise in IT applications with a solid understanding of network and infrastructure domains.

Skills:

Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies.

Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting in the banking industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
