Job Title: HR Business Partner - Field Sales
Location: Noida
Reporting To: Head of HR
Position Overview:
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Field Sales will act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of sales operations and a proactive approach to managing HR initiatives, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of people-related strategies for a distributed field sales workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with field sales leaders to identify talent needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the sales leadership team on people-related matters.
- Analyze business trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support sales teams.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to hire top talent for the field sales teams, ensuring timely fulfillment of headcount requirements.
- Partner with the business to create workforce plans, forecasting short-term and long-term talent needs.
Performance Management & Development:
- Drive the performance management process for the sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement career development programs to identify and nurture high-potential talent within the sales function.
- Conduct coaching and training sessions to upskill sales employees and frontline managers.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement, especially for distributed field teams.
- Identify early warning signs of disengagement and implement corrective measures.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices across sales regions.
HR Operations:
- Drive the execution of key HR processes, such as onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination, for the sales workforce.
- Provide insights into compensation benchmarking and advise on sales incentive structures.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the field sales function.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: MBA/PGDM from a premier business school with a specialization in HR or related field.
- Experience: 4-7 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP role supporting field sales or a distributed workforce.
