Sharepoint Developer - PowerApps/SPFx (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain modern workplace solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams.

- Create SPFx (SharePoint Framework) React applications from scratch and extend SharePoint functionality with custom web parts and extensions.

- Customize and maintain SharePoint site solutions, utilizing SPFx framework, templates, lists, columns, document libraries, wikis, discussion boards, calendars, workflows, and forms.

- Automate business workflows and create user-friendly applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Manage and customize SharePoint Online/O365 environments, ensuring smooth user access and system performance.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams solutions.

- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure governance and security for SharePoint and Office 365 services, including managing permissions and compliance.

- Administer and configure SharePoint Admin Center and Teams Admin Center for Office 365 environments.

- Maintain and improve existing SharePoint solutions and continuously optimize performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and React development expertise.

- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including Microsoft Graph API and Office 365 services.

- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrating them with SharePoint.

- Experience in creating custom web parts, extensions, and site solutions within the SharePoint environment.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell for customization and scripting.

- Extensive experience in administering and configuring SharePoint Online/O365 and Teams Admin Center.

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint security models, permissions management, and compliance frameworks.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
