Role & responsibilities:

• Entry of goods inward material (Delivery challan) & accepting material as per goods Inward Inspection Report.
• Stocking of components as per location.
• Planning of issue of material as per production plan with guidance from Production Manager / Purchase Officer.
• Issue material against BOM & Material issue requisition only.
• Generation of SHORTAGE LIST against each KIT not allotted separately.
• Preparation of ONLY SMD COMP. List as per guidance from the Production Manager.
• Accepting material against Material return note (MRN) after verification by IQC.
• Accord Top Priority for issue of Shortage Items against already issued Kits.
• Updation of completed kits along with Kit Nos. and Critical Shortages in Stores WIP Sheet.
• Maintaining Minimum stock level.
• Updation of item master with part nos. as and when required.
• Generating stock report.
• Verification of physical stock & system stock.
• Generation of PR (Procurement Request) for shortage item & for item below
• MSL (Minimum stock level).
• Inventory Management.
• Preparation of a list of non-moving items category-wise.
• Monthly Reports : 1. Number of Goods Receipt (GRN)
• 2. Number of Kits issued.
• Keep a record of wrong issues & wrong data entry.
• Keep the store area clean and dust-free.
• Updation of material Issue entries in Tally as well as on Google Drive Master Shortage file.

Preferred candidate profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management in a Power Electronics or Electrical Industry.
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
Proficiency in inventory software (ERP/SAP/Tally) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
