Job Description :
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and expertise in SAP HR implementation projects and/or applications maintenance (mandatory).
- Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of module configuration and customization in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management (mandatory).
- Experience in implementing and maintaining Payroll modules and Time Management (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SAP SF (Success Factors); EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll) (differentiate).
- Global understanding of SAP HR modules integration with other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), and third-party systems/applications (differentiate).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HR functionalities (differentiate).
- Knowledge of SAP Security Concepts and Authorization management within SAP, ensuring secure access to HR data (differentiate).
- Familiarity with SAP Data Migration tools and processes to ensure smooth transitions and data consistency during system upgrades or implementations (differentiate).
- Ability to design and implement workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals (differentiate).
- Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Solution that integrates with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of this module benefits HR reporting and analytics (differentiate).
