Job Description
As an Android developer, your duties will include creating, testing, and designing Android apps for various platforms. In order to develop creative and user-focused apps, you will work with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin or Java
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop interfaces that are both user-friendly and visually enticing.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Test and debug applications to guarantee their optimal functionality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android SDKs and development tools
- Work with backend engineers to integrate mobile apps with backend services
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java
- Experience with Android SDKs and development tools (Android Studio)
- Understanding of Material Design guidelines
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and mobile backend development
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
