Trainee IT Project Manager/Business Analyst

As a IT Project Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced project management and IT teams. You will support the management of software implementation and development projects, gain hands-on experience in managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, and develop the skills necessary for a career in IT project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing software projects from initiation to completion.
• Work with internal teams and clients to gather and define project requirements.
• Help create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Track and monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address issues as they arise.
• Contribute to risk management processes, identifying potential issues and assisting in their resolution.
• Assist with preparing project reports and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Learn best practices and project management methodologies used in the IT industry.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the IT project management field.
