Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Infrastructure Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and exposure to the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and cloud services. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a basic understanding of IT systems, and is ready to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role requires you to work from the Gurgaon office.

- IT Asset Management: Maintain inventory, dispatch/pickup assets, and ensure accurate records.
- On-Site Support: Required to travel to different locations for providing technical assistance as need.
- System Administration: Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams & Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) accounts and audits.
- Device Maintenance: Troubleshoot and set up laptops/desktops with essential software.
- Vendor Coordination: Handle vendor interactions, licenses, and payments.
- Network & Documentation: Perform basic network troubleshooting and update IT knowledge base.
Requirements Candidate Profile: - Bachelordegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux & Mac) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Candidate Skill Set:
- Fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
