Regenesys - Intern - Remarketing (1-1 yrs)

- Assist in the execution of remarketing campaigns through Email, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage customers who have shown interest in our products/services but have not yet converted.

- Help with audience segmentation, ensuring campaigns are targeted to the right customer groups based on their behaviors and interests.

- Create and schedule remarketing messages for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring they are personalized, compelling, and aligned with campaign goals.

- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and provide insights for optimization.

- Assist in conducting A/B testing on message content, subject lines, timing, and segmentation to improve campaign results.

- Support in setting up automated remarketing flows for abandoned carts, post-purchase engagement, and re-engagement of inactive customers.

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or feedback received through remarketing channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp).

- Help ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR, in all remarketing communications.

- Collaborate with other teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure that remarketing messages are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, including personalization and automation techniques.
