Community Management:

• Develop and nurture a thriving community of clients, customers, and stakeholders.
  
• Plan and execute community engagement events and initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty.
  
• Manage online and offline communication channels to foster active participation and feedback.

Inside Sales:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into customers.
  
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Customer Relations:

• Provide exceptional support and service to existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and offerings.

Requirements

• Any student pursuing or completing B. Tech, BBA, B. Com, MBA, etc.
  
• Year of pass out: 2024-2025
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
