Hiring For Digital Marketing Trainer Role

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service/customer service/sales organization
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience in a dynamic, team-focused environment within a relevant industry.
• In-depth understanding of Google Ads, online advertising, and digital marketing.
• Product knowledge of various Google Ads networks (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Apps) and/or DV360.
• Experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies
• Experience organizing seminars, webinars, etc
• Content writing experience. Experience in developing instructional materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google productivity tools.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvement and manage people effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive approach to team management.
• Client-focused with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess client situations and guide trainers/team members in applying the most suitable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Self-motivated learner with a quick understanding of new technologies.
• Proficiency in educating clients on policies and products.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to apply judgment to various processes and situations.
• Objective, analytical decision-making approach.
