Job Description

Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
SEO SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content (blogs, infographics, videos) across digital platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, engaging with followers and building a strong social media presence.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and drip campaigns, to engage prospects and customers and drive conversions.
Analytics Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for improvement.
Lead Generation: Implement and manage online lead generation campaigns through digital channels, including landing pages, conversion funnels, and paid advertising.
Website Management: Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Identify and collaborate with industry influencers, partners, and affiliates to expand brand reach and credibility.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company s brand messaging and visual identity.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
SEO SEM Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience managing PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and customer engagement.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

IT Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the tech or IT industry is a plus.
Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are desirable.
CRO Expertise: Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies is a plus.
