Job Description:
- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager - Meta (Facebook Ads Expert) to lead and drive our performance marketing efforts on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- This role is pivotal to scaling our brand, Kapiva, and delivering measurable results through high-performing ad campaigns.
- As the lead for Meta Performance Marketing, you will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns while managing a team of performance marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meta Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy on Meta platforms.
- Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve ROAS, CAC, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Data-Driven Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and ad formats.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot underperformance.
- Stay updated on Meta's algorithm changes and emerging advertising trends.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of Meta marketing specialists.
- Foster a results-driven culture and provide guidance for scaling campaigns effectively.
- Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retention, and other marketing channels.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders.
Innovation & Growth:
- Experiment with new ad strategies, formats, and audience segments to unlock growth potential.
- Identify opportunities for cross-channel marketing and retargeting to boost conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
- Handled Budgets upwards of INR 3-4Cr/month
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Pixel implementation, and tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the D2C or health & wellness industry.
- Knowledge of other performance marketing platforms (Google Ads) is a plus.
