Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Create and present creative concepts and ideas for paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for optimizing ad strategies.
- Create and maintain an ad calendar, ensuring campaigns run on time.
- Build audience personas to effectively target campaigns.
- Experiment with different audience segments to find the most effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team and designer for ad creatives, content, and changes.
- Create ad copies and text overlays for creatives.
- Align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing goals through close collaboration with the marketing team.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Relevant Field
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in digital marketing and advertising campaigns, particularly within the beauty and grooming industry.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for higher ROI.
Education: Any Graduate (Preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field).
Training & Certifications (Preferred):
- Google Ads Certification
- Certification in Digital Marketing Tools
- Google Analytics
