Position objective:
- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and a creative approach to problem solving.
- The ideal candidate will have 6 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Include:.
Digital Strategy Development:.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data driven insights.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high quality content for various digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing.
SEO and SEM:
- Oversee and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search traffic.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor insights.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Optimize email marketing workflows and strategies.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, A/B testing with a focus on driving business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker, with ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.
