Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and quality deliverables.
• Take ownership of client project outcomes, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and deliver results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROI and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project reviews with clients, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client objectives.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
• Expertise in digital tools like Google Ads, Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
