JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decisions, thrive in the dynamic world of digital advertising, and demonstrate a strong focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
1- Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategy: Lead and refine the performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and engagement across various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.).
2- Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaigns, including paid, organic, and owned media channels, ensuring optimal delivery and performance.
3- KPI Achievement: Identify and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
4- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative, design, and copy teams to create impactful and effective advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
5- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the product team to analyze and optimize funnel conversions, enhancing customer journey experiences and improving conversion rates.
6- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign performance.
7- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop strategies to target new users while retaining existing ones, driving overall revenue and customer lifetime value (CLV).
8- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend allocation across channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).
9- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct regular A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys to continually optimize campaign
performance.
10- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new digital platforms, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities and innovate marketing strategies.
11- Cross-channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration of performance marketing efforts across different digital channels, aligning with broader marketing and business objective.
Preferred candidate profile
2-6 year experience in D2C Digital marketing in Product based company. Candidates from Service Industry need not apply.
Perks and benefits
Fixed salary- Rs,50,000/- to Rs.70,000/-PM.
Variable Salary- Incentive on achieving mutually agreed targets
