.Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, production, and publication of high quality content, news articles
• Ensure that all content meets the Digital Health News's style, editorial policy, and publishing requirements
• Review and approve all pieces of content, stories before publication
• Work with the cross functional team ( Sales, Marketing ) to develop story ideas and develop, implement effective promotional strategies .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an effective content marketing strategy
• Manage and supervise the team of content writers
• Deciding/ curating what to publish
• Ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and quality
• Developing editorial calendar
• Maintaining a consistent voice for the publication
• Ensure compliance with the legal and ethical standards of journalism

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as Editor-in-Chief or in a similar leadership role with reputed organization
• Experience with digital publishing and content management systems
• Excellent organizational, leadership and team management skills
• Transformative leaders with an outstanding writing and editing skills
• Self Driven, very, dynamic, focused, creative thinker, problem solver, socially active, team player
• Highly Disciplined, very sincere, laser sharp focus on work, task execution, superb time management
• Good network within Industry and government departments
• Knowledge of HealthIcare Technology, Digital Health , HealthIT and startup eco-system preferred
• Excellent understanding of media law and ethical guidelines
