Position : Sr. Director Sales . Three Positions based in Delhi/NCR; Bengaluru, Mumbai/

Who we are looking at :-
We are seeking an experienced, highly dynamic, very responsible, self driven Digital Media
Sales professional someone who is creative thinker, laser sharp focused on execution, superb
time management skills, travel enthusiast, with an eye of attaining target, connected with
healthcare CxO ( Hospital CIOs CTO’s CEO’s, govt agencies, CEO’s of best Digital Health
Startups, Healthcare Practice heads of Big Tech companies etc) leaders from to create an
impact in the HealthTech Industry thru DHN.

Key responsibilities:-
Sales & Growth:
• Acquire new customers for DHN towards:-
o Advertisement , banner sales (this include variety of options)
o DHN events sponsorship such as- DHN Forum, DHN Innovation Challenge
• Devise new strategies and be creative in developing new package/ bundle solution deals
for Digital Health startups, corporate customers, Hospitals, Insurance companies,
Academics ( IIT’s IIM’s ) and Medical colleges

Articulate DHN’s Value Proposition to potential prospects,
reach out to dean/ admin of top Medical colleges, IIT’s IIM’s in his/her region, position
DHN, organize workshops at these institutions with aim to drive awareness, create new
audience base, drive increased no for DHN Mobile App , forge strategic partnership for
DHN etc.
• Acquire new corporate customers and curate half day targeted event for them across
major cities in India.
• Responsible for attaining quarterly and yearly Sales Target for the DHN growth.
• Ideate and explore new revenue streams and market opportunities to expand the
business.
• Identify Corporate Accounts, Health Insurance Companies, Top Digital Health Startups,
Govt Health Agencies such as NHA and aggressively position DHN platform and DHN
events at their top leadership to build alliances, partnership, sponsorship etc.
• *Corporate accounts and Academia are defined as:-
o Major software firms such as but not limited to Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce,
Google, CISCO, Dell, HP, Lenovo etc.
o IT Services and Consulting firms such as IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, PwC,
Deloitte, Wipro, KPMG etc.
o Healthcare Software & Solutions firms such as IQVIA, Oracle Health, EHR
vendors etc.
o Medical Devices firms such as – Philips, GE Healthcare, AGFA Healthcare,
Medtronic etc.
o Boutique biotech and pharmaceutical firms.
o Medical Colleges, IIT’s, IIIT’s, IIM’s other premier Medical, Engg, and
management institutions etc

Marketing :-
Launch weekly sales and marketing campaigns together with Digital Marketing lead aimed at
generating leads for variety of DHN offering and driving impactful awareness.
• Together with Market lead run campaigns, in-person initiatives focused at corporate
resulting in the growth of DHN’s mobile app and engagements across social platforms.

Business Development:-
• Lead, strategize, Identify and cultivate strategic Alliances & Partnerships with
corporates, non profits, Hospitals & Industry bodies such as NHA, NASSCOM, CII as
well as Academia (IIT, IIM’s etc.)
• Collaborate with other qualified, non competing Health IT events to accelerate DHN’s
market visibility and reach.

  • Lead DHN in his/her region manage, coach, guide the team as necessary and be a
    source of inspiration to entire DHN team members. Solve problems.
