As a HubSpot Specialist at Digital Di Consultants, you'll use HubSpot to achieve our clients' business growth aspirations.
By onboarding, setting up, and optimizing HubSpot portals in the best way possible for our clients.
Responsibilities
Serve as our customers' main point of contact to ensure successful HubSpot onboardings that lead to long-term client relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of the client, by working with them as a trusted advisor.
Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
Engage customers through regular strategic calls to drive product adoption.
Ensure the required technical setup is completed efficiently.
Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools
Begin to strategize and launch growth-oriented campaigns with your customers.
Help in architecting technical solutions to complex business processes and needs.
Own multiple HubSpot implementation and integration projects.
Have a thorough understanding of the HubSpot software - Marking, Sales, Service Hub.
Required Qualification & Skills
At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot.
Experience with Marking Hub Professional
Familiarity with the well-used HubSpot tools and strategies, including lifecycle stages, email nurturing, sales pipelines, ticket pipelines, CRM properties, email marketing, workflows, chatbots, and popups.
