Social Media Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at Digital Banjara Media Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and creating content for our clients' social media platforms, executing social media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in helping our clients meet their social media marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• Work on curating campaign specific calendars
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content
• Ensuring consistency of all content with the brand's messaging and values
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Repurposing and optimising content for various platforms
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media
• Travel necessary for client meetings, projects, and other business purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience, within an advertising or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory).
• Experience in creating content for sports is an important advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Action and goal oriented
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadline
