Non It Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients.
• Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on clients specifications.
• Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database.
• Ability to source resumes quickly and work on multiple positions simultaneously Thorough screening applications for identifying quality candidates.
• Excellent knowledge in Boolean function & usage of various job board database.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand non-technical staffing needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on recruitment progress.
• Interview candidates in-person for roles in various levels junior, senior, and executive.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.

Skills and Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Non-technical Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of non-technical job functions and requirements.
• Must have experience in END to END Non IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience in KPO Hirings
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in any Field
• Minimum of [6] years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
