About the Role :

We are looking for mid-level Technical Writers (5-10 years of experience) to join our dynamic team at Digitalapicraft. This role involves creating high-quality, technically accurate content that showcases our API management platform and related products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the API space, a strong understanding of API management, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, as well as a basic understanding of marketing and SEO content strategy.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to align content with the company s product vision and market positioning. In this role, you will create content such as API documentation, technical blog posts, whitepapers, and user guides, while ensuring your work is optimized for SEO and aligned with the latest industry trends.

Required Skills Experience :

• Experience : 5-10 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on API documentation, SaaS products, or cloud technologies.
• API Management Expertise : Strong understanding of API management platforms, marketplaces, and multi-cloud environments.
• Documentation Tools : Experience with tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, Jekyll, or similar.
• DevOps Cloud Knowledge : Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and version control systems (Git).
• SEO Knowledge : Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies to drive content visibility and user engagement.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, understandable language.
• Project Management : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with engineering, product, design, and marketing.
• Marketing Knowledge : Basic understanding of how content aligns with marketing strategies and customer engagement goals.

• API Industry Knowledge :Stay informed on trends in API management, marketplaces, multi-cloud environments, and DevOps practices. Apply this knowledge to create relevant and current documentation.
• Content Creation Documentation :Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for API management solutions, including API references, technical guides, and user manuals. Create technical blog posts, FAQs, and how-to articles that help users understand complex concepts and enhance product adoption.
• SEO Content Strategy :Implement SEO best practices to optimize technical content for better search engine visibility and user engagement. Contribute to content optimization to improve discoverability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work with engineering, product, and design teams to gather technical information, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the product s features and updates.
• Basic Marketing Alignment :Understand and apply basic marketing principles to align documentation and content with the company s customer engagement and branding strategies. Create content that speaks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support Content Strategy Execution :Contribute to the planning and execution of a content calendar that aligns with product releases and business goals. Prioritize documentation based on product updates and customer needs.
• Customer-Focused Documentation :Write content that directly addresses customer pain points, improves user experience, and showcases the value of DAC s platform.
• Continuous Improvement :Suggest and implement improvements in content processes, workflows, and documentation tools to enhance content quality and efficiency.
