Position : Visual Graphic Designer

Experience : 3 - 6 years

Location : Bangalore

Roles Responsibilities:

Design Execution

• Create visually stunning designs for a variety of mediums, including:Social media graphics, Website banners and landing pages, Infographics and data visualizations, Email templates, Presentation decks, Marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, ads)
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand across all platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, from brainstorming to final delivery.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals and messaging.
• Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to create visuals that enhance the user experience.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Brand Development

• Ensure all visuals adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
• Help refine and evolve the brand s visual identity to stay fresh and relevant.

Innovation Trends

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Experiment with new design styles, tools, and formats to improve engagement and user experience.

File Management Delivery

• Ensure proper file organization and deliver assets in the correct formats for web, print, or other media requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills and Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design work across digital and print mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• A keen eye for detail and quality in all design deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
