Responsible for monitoring daily execution of marketing campaigns, identifying failures and resolving them in a timely manner.
Setting up schedules to run scripts using various scheduling platforms including defining job plans, setting up dependencies, priorities and monitoring daily job executions.
Utilising ticket management systems such as JIRA & Autotask to pick up and work on incoming requests.
Utilising SQL and Unix shell scripts to troubleshoot issues, read logs and identify reasons for failures.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on issues, root cause analysis and resolution.
Qualification
3-4 years of same or relevant experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in IT
Strong in SQL and relational database
Experience using the ticketing system
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
