You will plan, devise and help our Client s understand the best ways to utilize marketing automation platforms and our services based on their needs and business requirements. In the eyes of the Client, you are educating them on the capabilities of our services, in doing so driving incremental value to the Client s business.
Responsibilities :
Understand client marketing requirements and problems and provide technical solutions including data problems and marketing challenges.
Perform Migration Pilot activities to test and validate process, Perform Migration of Con and SMB communications
Prepare and provide technical documentation such as specifications, requirements and solution architecture as part of client projects.
Be hands-on in implementing Adobe Experience Platform products.(RT-CDP)
Develop and maintain key relationships with a portfolio for our Client(s) by delivering a range of innovative marketing solutions in a fast paced environment.
Deliver and present strategies and recommendations on the implementation of digital campaign platforms with confidence.
Analyze client data, current campaigns and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value.
Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations.
What you need to have
Essential Skills
Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related degree
Min 2-3 years experience working with end to end marketing campaigns and campaign management applications is desirable
Strong understanding of SQL and database relationship management, having worked with large and complex data sets
Experience operating Adobe Experience Platform products such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Platforms; hand on with Adobe Real Time CDP
Experience in large enterprise scale Adobe operations - managing complex data customer base and running daily trigger multi channel campaigns using Adobe products
A background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work with a good track record of delivering success for client or agencys business is desirable.
